Meet your host, Kelsey

"Trust me, I get it"

The career as a therapist is such a meaningful and fulfilling one. Maybe you have been dreaming of becoming a therapist most of your life or maybe you feel like this career kind of just found you (like me). You may have felt really excited going into graduate school to do that thing you have envisioned for so long…. And then you finally start seeing clients. If you are anything like me, this may have been the point where self-doubt and overwhelm stepped in.

Trust me, I get it. I know how hard it can be when you are second guessing yourself, feeling like an imposter, or even just feeling overwhelmed all while wanting to just become a therapist and see clients! I’m deeply passionate about helping others at this stage because I know how stressful it can be having to figure it all out. That’s why I created From a Therapist, To a Therapist, so you don’t have to navigate it alone.
